Property developer Century Properties Group Inc. plans a second collaboration with Hollywood celebrity Paris Hilton, this time within the eight-hectare mixed-use development in San Fernando, Pampanga.
Century Properties Executive Chairman of the Board Jose Antonio said in an interview the new project in Pampanga would have a residential, commercial office and a beach club that would be designed by Hilton.
“It [Pampanga project] will be Azure part 2. It will also have Paris Beach Club,” Antonio said at the sidelines of the launching of the first Paris Beach Club in Parañaque City.
Antonio said Century Properties would spend P20 billion to develop the Pampanga property.
“Based on our studies, Pampanga has the second biggest base of overseas Filipino workers. It is next to Metro Manila,” Antonio said.
Hilton, an international fashion icon and businesswoman, on Thursday inaugurated Paris Beach Club within the six-hectare Azure Urban Resort Residences project of Century Properties in Paranaque City.
The beach-themed Azure Urban Residences will have a total of nine residential towers, which are currently 86 percent sold out. Antonio expects to sell the remaining units in Azure within the year.
The multi-level Paris Beach Club is the central amenity of residential development. It will be for the exclusive use of Azure Residents and their guests.
It is a sprawling man-made beach with fine sand, a waterfall, a poolside bar, and an infinity pool.
The ground level of the Paris Beach Club includes a posh high-ceiling lobby with chandeliers and black velvet chairs, and a colorful ice cream and candy bar. On the second floor are separate spas, locker rooms, and a social lounge.
The topmost floor has indoor and outdoor restaurants where one can enjoy a view of the Azure beach.
The Paris Beach Club is one of the four buildings that Century Properties scheduled to turn over to buyers this year.
The property firm completed the British-themed Knightsbridge Residences and Century City Mall, which are both located in Century City in Makati early this year.
It is also scheduled to turn over the outpatient IT-medical building Centuria Medical Makati later this year.
