Century Properties Management, Inc., (“CPMI”) is a full-service Property and Integrated Facility Management Company in the Philippines, serving a select portfolio of projects with a total of over 37 million square feet and with an estimated value of 4.5B USD. It is the first independent property management company to introduce international standards to the local property market.
