The Milano Residences is now on its finishing stages

After topping out last year, structural and architectural works in Milano Residences have reached its finishing stages.

In general, finishing works for the 53-story residential tower is at its full swing as of the 1st quarter of 2015.

Interior and exterior finishing such as partitioning and masonry are now ongoing on all residential units. Masonry works have also begun for the amenities in Milano.

Mechanical works, plumbing, electrical wires and outlets, and fire-proof utilities are also in their finishing stages.

The Milano Residences is scheduled for turnover in December 2015.

The Milano Residences is developed by Milano Development Corporation under Century Properties Group, Inc. It is located within the master-planned community of premium high rises in Century City, Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City.
