Acqua’s first two towers continue progress towards completion in 2015; Dettifoss now on its 45th level, Livingstone on its 53rd
With finishing activities and interior works in full swing, the Acqua Private Residences’ first two buildings—the Niagrara and Sutherland—are on track towards their scheduled turnovers to residents on Q1 2015 and Q4 2015 respectively.
While The Niagara is close to completion, the Sutherland tower continues exterior painting works, wall partitioning and perimeter doors / windows installation in preparation for interior fittings.
Dettifoss, the property’s third residential building, has reached 45th level structural works and is expected to be topped off by December 2014, while the Missoni Home-interior designed Livingstone tower is on 53rd floor structural works and expected to be topped off by January 2015.
Acqua Private Residences is developed by Century Limitless Corporation under Century Properties Group Inc. It is located in Mandaluyong and is a 10-minute drive from Makati, accessible via the Makati-Mandaluyong bridge and the new Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge.
