Above-ground structural works continue for Azure’s Maldives & Boracay towers; Maui building advances to basement formworks
Construction for Azure Urban Resort Residences’ residential towers are making significant headway.
The development’s sixth and seventh buildings, Maldives and Boracay, continue above ground structural activities this month. Maui, the eighth tower, has reached basement level formworks.
Scheduled for turnover in 2015 and 2016 respectively are Positano and Miami, both having fully installed balcony doors and windows and have progressed to wall partition placement.
The Paris Beach Club, designed by Paris Hilton, lets residents have exclusive access to amenities that complement Azure’s urban resort lifestyle.
Other resort-themed amenities such as the Azure Beach, the beach bar, lap pool with cascading waterfall, grand entrance fountains and outdoor lounge areas complete the development’s unique array of facilities.
The Azure Urban Resort Residences is a development of Century Limitless Corporation, a subsidiary of Century Properties Group. It is located in West Service Road, Marcelo Green, beside SM Bicutan in Parañaque City.
