CPMI is one of the leading property management companies in the country that offer various services, including administration and customer services, repairs, maintenance, billing, and collection. Previously only focusing on high-rise residential buildings and office spaces, CPMI is now branching out to large horizontal developments, starting with servicing five locations of PHirst Park Homes—namely Tanza, Lipa, San Pablo, Calamba, and Pandi.
