Century Properties Group Inc., the high-end property developer, is going for a change of tack toward the middle-income market for its latest mid-rise project along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City.
“By entering the affordable price category we would like to tell home buyers that there is a Century home for each budget and preference for location within Metro Manila,” managing director Jose Antonio Antonio said in a statement Monday.
Antonio said the mid-rise project called The Residences is targeting “young professionals and startup families that consider P1.5 to P3 million within their budget range for a home.”
Their market will include local and overseas buyers, the he added.
The P4.1-billion development consists of 2,300 units, with a view to domestic and overseas buyers, according to Century Properties.
The Residences is designed by award-winning Broadway Malyan, encompassing five 11- to 22-floors. The first tower Osmeña West is supposed to be completed in 2015.
Its one-bedroom units, 21 to 49 square meters, would be selling at P80,000 per square meter on average and the two-bedroom units starting at P5 million.
The company’s high-end projects for the affluent market include parntnerships with Paris Histon, Versace, Missoni Home, and New York’s Trump.
