Century Properties Group Inc. expects to raise as much as P14 billion in residential sales from its first township development outside Metro Manila called Residences at Azure North in San Fernando, Pampanga.
Century Properties said in a statement the Azure North development would have a total of seven residential buildings, of which the first two buildings have already been launched.
It said Monaco and Bali enjoyed brisk sales with reservation sales hitting P1.6 billion in the first three months after the launching.
“We are excited about the prospects of Azure North. Our sales take-up figures are proof of the strength of the city’s economy and the strength of the Century brand,” said Century Properties investor relations director Kristina Garcia.
The eight-hectare Pampanga development marks the company’s move to diversify its portfolio geographically, targeting key growth cities in the Philippines to build masterplanned communities with residential, commercial, hotel and institutional uses.
