Acqua’s four towers make headway towards turnover and structural completion in 2015
Finishing works such as hallway painting and flooring works continue for Acqua Private Residences’ first tower, The Niagara.
Following structural completion in March, wall partitioning and exterior painting are on-going for the Sutherland tower.
Dettifoss, the property’s third residential building, has reached 21st level structural works this month, while Missoni Home-interior designed Livingstone tower is on 35th-floor formworks.
The 2.4-hectare rainforest-themed development targets the turnover of The Niagara and Sutherland towers in 2015. Dettifoss and Livingstone will be completed by 2016.
Acqua Private Residences is developed by Century Limitless Corporation under Century Properties Group Inc. It is located in Mandaluyong and is a 10-minute drive from Makati, accessible via the Makati-Mandaluyong bridge and the new Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge.
