We can’t fathom any better opportunity to truly showcase your brand’s aesthetic than actually creating a full lifestyle building in its vein. Seeing the newly designed MISSONIHOME for Acqua Livingstone tower is to become so immersed in the study of the imitable Italian brand, it’s like Missoni bootcamp. Located in the somewhat surprising locale of Manila, Philippines, the building is one of six at the location, all developed by Century Properties Group, Inc. Although there are Missoni-branded hotels in Edinburgh and Kuwait, this marks the first time anyone can actually live the Missoni life, sleeping on a Missoni bed, strewn with Missoni pillows, walking on a Missoni carpet, enjoying Missoni wallpaper. We’re also partial to that swim up pool bar — they get us every time.
Vittorio Missoni, marketing director of Missoni S.p.A. weighs in on the venture, “MISSONIHOME is known for creating its own style that reflects a celebration of life. Our brand is an experience of happiness, excitement, beauty, creativity, style and elegance. We are inspired by the seasons of nature and we play with color because life is more beautiful with color.”
Along with that pool, the tower’s upper level will house a social space with an amphitheatre, lounge, DJ booth and dance floor, plus barbecue facilities. The canopy’s lower level features a business center, an indoor and outdoor gym, jacuzzi, library and spa. Acqua Livingstone will have 645 units in total, which are now pre-selling for extremely non-Manhattan like prices of approximately $82,000 to $613,000. 80 percent of the residences are already sold, so if you’re up to a Manila-by-Missoni way of life, now is the time to go for it.
