Century Properties Group Inc. expects to rake in P14 billion from the sale of residential units in its first foray into an integrated mixed-use development outside of Metro Manila on the back of brisk demand.
In an e-mailed statement, the company said its eight-hectare Azure North development in Pampanga will have nine residential buildings, of which two are being built with a an uptake of P1.6 billion in pre-sales.
“Our sales take-up figures are proof of the strength of the city’s economy and the strength of the Century brand,” Century Properties Investor Relations Director Kristina Garcia said.
Apart from being a residential development, Azure North marks Century Properties’ move to tap into the recurring income business with plans to build commercial spaces for restaurant, retail, and office locators.
