Excavation works commence for Tower 8 and Tower 4 of The Residences at Commonwealth
As of November 2015, excavation works for Quezon South (Tower 8 ) and Roxas West have begun and are progressing.
Structural works are in progress in Quirino East, tower 7 of the 4.4-hectare residential community in Quezon City.
Meanwhile, almost half of the residential units in Osmeña West has been turned over to clients with. Osmeña West (Tower 1) is the first tower to be completed at Commonwealth.
