47 of 68 completed Moderno units turned over to clients
As of 3rd quarter of 2015, sixty-eight units of Century Properties’ community in Carmona, Cavite, The Moderno at Canyon Ranch have been completed.
Of the sixty-eight, forty-seven have already been turned over to clients.
35 of the remaining units shall be completed periodically: 21 at end of 2015 and a total of 14 at the 2nd quarter of 2016.
The Moderno is the third phase of Canyon Ranch and is developed by Century Communities Corporation. It is located within the San Lazaro Leisure Park in Carmona, Cavite
