Century Properties recently held the groundbreaking of Quezon South Tower (Tower 8 ) of its first residential development in Quezon City, The Residences at Commonwealth.
Marco R. Antonio, Century Properties President and CEO led the rites together with CPG officials and Century Properties Management Construction Corp. (CPMCC) executives.
Set to rise to 16 stories, the Quezon South tower is located at the southernmost part of the development. It offers vast living spaces and treats residents to unobstructed views of the Quezon City skyline and the scenic Rizal mountains. The tower is targeted for completion in September 2019.
Earlier this year, a topping off ceremony was held for the 18-story Roxas East following the completion of the project’s three towers, Osmena West, Quezon North and Osmena East.
Osmena West, which is the first tower to rise in the 4.4-hectare project, is currently being turned over to unit owners.
The Residences at Commonwealth is an eight-tower community located at Don Antonio Drive in Quezon City. It is the developer’s quality and affordable mid-market project in QC.
The project features a unique architectural design and offers “uncommon” amenities and living spaces that promote a holistic lifestyle among residents.
Unit owners have exclusive access to personalized amenities in the development’s three-level central amenity area which contains a fitness center, viewing room, a study and library area, a swimming pool, basketball and badminton courts, and The Orchard, a unique apple-shaped slide tower as the highlight of the children’s playground.
Aside from its hyper-sized amenities and spacious units, the development’s location also gives convenience and accessibility to unit owners as it is situated near major establishments such as schools, business districts, transportation areas, entertainment hubs, and hospitals.
