Pia Wurtzbach Gives a Tour of Her Condo Unit

Pia Wurtzbach is a shining example of how hardwork pays off. Not only did she persevere to win the Miss Universe crown, she also worked hard to achieve her dream of having her own home. In her catch-up session with Century Properties, Pia revealed that she still can’t believe she has her own condo unit. “May sentimental value kasi this is my first home. May moments na, I pinch myself. I can’t believe it,” she mused.

Like us, you might be curious as to how Pia would personalize her space. Will she go for a certain interior style or theme? What color palette did she choose? As a treat to her followers, she gave an exclusive home tour, wherein she showed the different rooms in her unit, her chosen décor pieces, and even what’s inside her ref! From choosing the colors and having a say on the feel of the unit, it’s safe to say that Pia has achieved her own #condogoals. Queen P believes that to achieve #condogoals, you need to turn the space you have into a haven that suits your taste and lifestyle. It’s not enough that your home is pretty, it should be personalized according to your needs. Pia likened the process of designing her condo unit into a journey of self-discovery – enabling her to learn more about herself and the things she wants to have in her home.

Take a peek inside Pia’s condo unit by checking out the photos below:

Foyer

1

With the help of Hurray Interior Design Group, Pia was able to make the condo unit her own. A makeshift foyer, furnished with a sleek chest of drawers, welcomes guests into the space. Organized knickknacks, a potted plant, and a quirky wall clock add oomph to the corner, but the highlight is a framed blown-up photograph from the first Miss Universe pageant.

Kitchen

2

Next to the foyer is the streamlined, all-white kitchen. According to Pia, there used to be a wall that separates the cooking space from the living and dining areas. She decided to do away with the wall so that she can still entertain friends or watch TV while cooking. Looking for the ref? Pia wanted the space to look clean and easy on the eyes so she had built-in cabinets installed to conceal the bulky appliance. She also has a collection of kitchen essentials such as a coffee press and a slow juicer, to name a few.

Dining Area

3

As soon as you step inside the unit, you’ll get a feel of how homey and spacious it is. The common areas share an open layout, creating an illusion of a bigger space. In the dining area, a marble table is paired with matching chairs that are similar to what Kylie Jenner owns. Pia shares that the dining area doubles as a working nook as well.

Living Area / Bar

4

Neutral colors that are easy on the eyes dominate Pia’s condo unit. She explains that she wants the space to look bright and alive. Her sofa definitely stands out, an inviting piece in her lucky color – blue. From the living area, her guests and friends can easily access the mini bar or take in the view of Century City – thanks to the huge windows.

Pia loves collecting gadgets, as seen on the must-haves stored on her console table. Plants are also seen in the corners of her condo unit – a welcome addition that adds to its relaxing vibe.

Shelf

5

Pia’s shelf holds memories and collectibles. Aside from having books on display, she also has photographs of family and friends and valuable trophies from Miss Universe and UNAIDS.

Bedroom

6

Who wouldn’t want to stay in this bedroom the whole day? Pia’s personal space has a minimalist feel to it – with the mix of neutral colors and wooden touches. According to Pia, she’s always wanted a high bed as she loves the idea of “climbing onto bed” after a long day. It also gives her “princess feels.” At the foot of her bed are seating pieces that are ideal for lounging around and reading a book.

Makeup Room

7

Since Pia gets ready for different events and shoots on most days, it’s a must to have a special room where she can get glammed up without a fuss. She decided to convert one of the rooms into a makeup room complete with a vanity table, a rack for clothes, and even a sofa bed for relaxing. The sofa bed comes in handy while waiting or chatting with friends. It can even be used for power naps! A captivating wall accent adds elegance to the room while complementing the wallpaper.

After a long wait, Pia is happy to finally settle into her Century home. Living in Century City has been a breeze for the beauty queen. “Everything is nearby. I live a few steps away from a convenience store, from a hospital, and a mall. All of my essentials are here. Hindi ko na kailangan ng kotse, naglalakad lang ako,” she exclaimed. Century City in Makati is a vertical village of designer residential towers, office buildings, the outpatient medical center Centuria Medical Makati, and lifestyle hub Century City Mall. The residential towers include the New York-inspired Gramercy Residences, London-inspired Knightsbridge Residences, Milano Residences (with interiors designed by Versace Home), Trump Tower Philippines, and Century Spire (with interiors designed by Armani/Casa).

Aside from these conveniences, she also feels safe in her condo – thanks to the hard work and dedication of Century’s service champions. From the concierge and housekeeping, to the security and maintenance, Pia is happy that she can count on them 24/7. “I feel safe, if there’s something I need, there’s somebody there to help me. They are always willing to help. Parang magkakakilala na kami. Thank you so much for taking care of us. I see the hard work you do,” she said.
