Located along Governor’s Drive in Brgy. Halang, Sabang, and San Roque, Naic, Cavite, PHirst Park Homes Naic is the sequel to PHirst Park Homes’ maiden project in Tanza, Cavite, launched back in May 2017. PHirst Park Homes Naic will be the company’s 11th active project, 7th in South Luzon, and 3rd in Cavite.

With this, travel time has been substantially reduced, with a Makati to Cavite drive now only 30-45 minutes.
Like other PPHI developments, PHirst Park Homes Naic will offer the property developer’s signature house and lot packages: the Calista townhouse and Unna single-attached. The Calista offers 2 models that clients may choose from namely the Calista End (end unit) and Calista Mid (mid unit). These units have a floor area of 40sqm and lot areas may range from 44sqm to 60.50sqm. For clients who prefer a bigger space, there is the Unna single-attached house model which has a floor area of 54sqm on a typical lot area of 88sqm.
