Paris Hilton opens her beach club at the Azure Urban Resort Residences

International style icon Paris Hilton, who has likewise launched a successful career as a designer and businesswoman, led the inauguration of the Paris Beach Club in Paranaque City last March.

The Paris Beach Club is a centerpiece amenity of the Azure Urban Resort Residences, a 6-hectare resort-themed condominium development of premier real еstatе firm Century Properties Group, Inc.

It is Hilton’s first real еstatе project.

Hilton first came to the Philippines in 2011 to work with the company’s creative team for the design and amenity specifications of the multiple-level beach club.

She said: “I really love the concept of Azure because I thought of how cool it is in the middle of the city to have a man-made beach that is so beautiful and breathtaking. I want to live here. If I lived in the Philippines, I would definitely live in Azure.”

“We wanted to provide our residents with a world-class residential resort experience so we chose to partner with an equally world-class personality known for her fine taste, having been exposed to the world of real еstatе development early on and having visited the world’s top beach destinations,” said Century Properties Chief Operating Officer John Victor R. Antonio.

The multiple-level Paris Beach Club, which is for the exclusive use of Azure residents and their guests, is located adjacent to the Azure Beach, the development’s central amenity. It is a sprawling man-made beach with fine sand and undulating waves. It also has a waterfall, a poolside bar, and an infinity pool that overflows into the private beach coves located at the opposing ends of the development.

The ground level of the Paris Beach Club includes a posh high-ceilinged lobby with chandeliers and black velvet chairs, and a colorful ice cream and candy bar. On the second floor are separate spas and locker rooms a social lounge. The topmost floor has indoor and outdoor restaurants where one can enjoy a view of Azure Beach.

Azure Urban Resort Residences is the first resort-themed development in Metro Manila that has a man-made beach. The six-hectare development is home to nine towers named after the world’s most popular beach destinations—Rio, Santorini, St. Tropez, Positano, Maui, Maldives, Miami, Bahamas, and Boracay.

Each of the nine towers will have a roof deck that will have beehive-like seating areas amidst refreshing greenery. From these topmost floors, one can enjoy a majestic view of bustling Southern Metro Manila.

The Paris Beach Club is one of Century Properties’ branded developments. Century Properties has also partnered with the Trump organization for Trump Tower; Versace Home for The Milano Residences; John Hitchcox and Philippe Starck’s yoo inspired by Starck for Acqua Iguazu; Missoni Home for Acqua Livingstone; Daniel Libeskind and Armani/Casa for Century Spire; GE Healthcare for Centuria Medical Makati.

Following the turnover of the Azure’s first two buildings—the Rio and Santorini—the Paris Beach Club is one of four buildings that the company has scheduled for turnover this year. The company had earlier started the turnover of Knightsbridge Residences. It also opened Century City Mall, its first retail development, in February, and will turn over the units of its Centuria Medical Makati IT-medical arts building in the latter part of the year.

Century Properties currently has close to 30 buildings in different stages of development. Since it was founded in 1986, the Company has transformed close to a million square meters of space into premier residential and office developments in and outside Metro Manila. Its name has become synonymous with quality real еstatе projects that showcase the best of innovations and world-class design, with a desire to contribute to the transformation of the Philippines into a global destination.
