Paris Hilton comes to Manila to formally inaugurate the man-made beach club in the city, The Paris Beach Club at Azure Urban Resort Residences.
American socialite, actress and model (and now a resident DJ in high-end clubs abroad), Paris Hilton returned to Manila for the official opening of The Paris Beach Club, in partnership with one of the Philippines’ real еstatе giants, Century Properties. Hosted by Andi Manzano-Reyes, the event was held at the main hall of The Paris Beach Club last March 13.
Together with Century Properties COO John Victor Antonio, Hilton welcomed the media members in the press conference. She shared that the six-hectare property is a “dream come true” for her to finally have followed the footsteps of her late great grandfather and American hotelier Carlos Hilton. She said: “It’s my dream project. Ever since I was a little girl, I really admired my great grandfather for the hotel empire that he created. He was such an incredible mentor when it comes to the real еstatе world. I’ve always wanted to follow his footsteps. Now, this is my first step towards it. I am so honored and proud to do this with Century Properties and to be the first in the Philippines.”
The Paris Beach Club, a three-level modern clubhouse right adjacent to the Azure Beach of the Azure Urban Resort Residences, will house world-class amenities that include a lap pool, water slides, fitness center, spa and many more functions areas to be built. The sand in the man-made beach, similar to what some resorts in Macau and Singapore used, was sourced from the country’s Balesin Island and Masbate.
Azure Urban Resort Residences has nine buildings, two of which are ready for occupancy, such as Rio and Santorini. Antonio, one of the creative minds behind famous properties like 71st Gramercy and Trump Tower, said more big surprises from the beach club are coming soon in line with their passion for the quest of the following: offering something that has never been done before, leading towards perfection, and challenging the people from other industries to do better and take reasonable risks.
The 33-year-old actress, who designed every single room in the entire development, revealed that the beach club’s design and aesthetics are inspired from her journeys across the globe. “I travel all around the world and explored the most incredible places like St. Tropez and Ibiza. I basically get all the aspects from the different locations to put it all in Paris Beach Club. So, this (The Paris Beach Club) really has an international flavor.”
Alongside with her 50 Paris Hilton stores worldwide, new upcoming lines for lingerie, swimwear and skincare, and recently released songs from her latest album, Hilton, though internationally acclaimed and indeed accomplished, is still looking forward to becoming better in the new field she entered into, which is the real еstatе business.
Azure is located at the west service road of South Luzon Express Way, directly adjacent to SM Bicutan.
