Milano Residences approaches structural completion with 49 floors in June
Pre-cast installation, masonry works and roughing-ins of engineering utilities continue on the lower and upper levels of Century City’s Italian-inspired tower, Milano Residences.
The tower has reaches 49 floors this month and will complete its structural phase in the coming weeks. Its turnover date remains on target by the end of 2015.
The Milano Residences is developed by Milano Development Corporation under Century Properties Group, Inc. It is located within the master-planned community of premium high rises in Century City, Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City.
