Milano Residences construction reaches 44th floor
Construction at the Milano Residences, the Versace Home interior designed tower at Century City, has progressed its formworks and rebar installations to its 44th level.
Pre-cast installation, masonry works and roughing-in of engineering utilities continue on the lower levels of the tower.
The Milano Residences is targeted to top-off concreting by the start of the third quarter this year and its turnover date remains on target by the end of 2015.
The Milano Residences is developed by Century City Development Corporation under Century Properties Group, Inc. It is located within the master-planned community of premium high rises in Century City, Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City.
