Responsibilities
Monior all tasks on site
Prepare reports and reconcile with counterpart from other departments including site document evaluation and approvals
Implement all environmental and safety requirements on site

Requirements
Licensed Civil Engineer
With at least 3 years of working experience in the construction industry preferably in horizontal development
Knowledge in applicable real estate policies, standard practices, and relevant laws
Knowledge in land development and housing construction
Strong leaderships skills
Good communication skills and project management skills
