Responsibilities
Monitor and inspect daily activities on land development and housing construction
Coordinate with the contractors, discuss project concerns and generate reports on progress of work
Address and monitor all project concerns such as punch list and rectifications on units, project utilities performance and show village maintenance
Assist the Site Supervisor in implementing all environmental and safety requirements on site

Requirements
Licensed Civil Engineer
Knowledge in land development and housing construction
With at least 1 year of work experience in real estate or construction industry
Good communication skills and project management skills
