Responsibilities
Offer Pag-Ibig financing to clients as recourse to recover accounts which have been declined by bank financing institutions
Review and qualify accounts for delivery to Pag-Ibig
Timely deliver of accounts of Pag-Ibig and monitor loan approval up to takeout
Monitor conversion to Real Estate Mortgate, delivery of transferre collateral documents to Pag-Ibig, and collection of retention fees

Requirements
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or any relevant course
With at least 1 year of work experience in Pag-Ibig loan processing
Knowledgeable in Pag-Ibig processes, procedures and guidelines
Good communication skills and negotiation skills
