Responsibilities

• Lead Buyer for all indent materials across all company projects
• In charge of logistics and shipment of all indent materials
• Monitor the material status report of all Procurement Specialis
• Prepare Bi-monthly Summary Accomplishment report of materials for awarding and delivery - expected vs actual accomplishment

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Supervisory level in Procurement
• Know how to speak Mandarin and Cantonese
• Knowledgeable in Shipment & Logistics from Port of Origin to Manila Project Site
• Knowledgeable in BOC Policy, DTI requirements for Imported Tiles and DENR Permit for Raw Wood Materials Importation
  With experience in Construction Materials and Supply Chain Operations in real estate industry
