Designed by Kenneth Cobonpue, Hedera reminds us that nature is an essential part of us, as much as we are a part of it. The two-bedroom duplex was born out of Kenneth Cobonpue’s desire to create something beautiful and meaningful to the dweller.
Polygonal successions is a townhouse version of the Polygon House in which the linear organization produces repetitive faceted forms creating a larger architectural texture on the landscape much like repetitive patterns of leaves in plants, repetitive fractal patterns on a turtle shell, or the repetitive body form of caterpillars.
The Facet affords the homeowner numerous configuration possibilities through the use of practical and functional design attachments. The more attachments utilized, the more facets created. Its multi-dimensionality adds to the beauty of this gem of an investment.
The Tranche House is a complete unit that can form part of a larger configuration if so desired, depending on owner’s preferences. Each unit represents a liveable module for a small family.
