Ladies & Gentlemen,
Feast your eyes on the first residential building interior designed by MISSONIHOME in the World! I’m so excited to share with you a sneak preview of the 52-story Acqua Livingstone residential building in Manila. The mind blowing interior flaunts the creative and colourful style synonymous with MISSONIHOME.
“MISSONIHOME is known for creating its own style that reflects a celebration of life,” said Vittorio Missoni “Our brand is an experience of happiness, excitement, beauty, creativity, style and elegance. We are inspired by the seasons of nature and we play with color because life is more beautiful with color.”
For those of you unfamiliar with Missoni here’s a little background: Missoni is an Italian fashion house based in Varese, founded in 1953, notable for its knitwear designs made from a variety of fabrics in colourful patterns such as stripes, geometrics, and abstract florals, in a kaleidoscope of colours. In 1996 Rosita Missoni passed on the fashion reins to daughter Angela and focused on designing for MISSONIHOME, a creative extension of the Missoni aesthetic in furniture, home accessories, and interior design.
Living in a MISSONIHOME-designed address is a rare lifestyle experience. For the first time it will be possible at Acqua Livingstone. Every space is considered blending art and function. The Canopy’s lower level will house a business center, an indoor and outdoor gym, Jacuzzi, a library and spa. The upper level is a social space dedicated to entertainment with an amphitheatre, lounge, DJ booth and dance floor, pool with swim up bar, and barbecue facilities.
Acqua Livingstone will have 645 units, which are now offered at pre-selling prices of an average of approximately US$315 per-square-foot for the first tranche. Unit sizes range from approximately 291 square feet to 1,500 square feet and come in one to three bedrooms. It looks pretty incredible doesn’t it?!
The Dreamweavers: Century Properties officials Robbie and Marco Antonio with the members of the Missoni and of the Jelmini family: (Left) Rosita Missoni, MISSONIHOME Creative Director, T & J Vestor Creative Director Wanda Jelmini and Missoni shareholder Vittorio Missoni.
We are extremely proud and honored to be working with the Missoni family for Acqua Livingstone,” said Marco Antonio. Both companies are rooted on the same foundations of a rich history, respect for family values and a culture of passion, creativity, quality and authenticity. The Missoni brand has endured through the years because it consistently improved on its styles and innovated. Century Properties is doing the same in the real еstatе frontier by offering life-enhancing experiences.”
Life truly is more beautiful with colour!
Love
