Century Properties Management Inc. (CPMI) formally launched and signed its Emergency Preparedness Manual on September 11, 2026, at Acqua Private Residences. The launch marks a milestone in CPMI’s continuing commitment to emergency preparedness, safety, and resilience across all the properties it manages.
The manual is a comprehensive guide that sets standardized emergency procedures, protocols, and best practices for responding to a wide range of incidents. Its goal is to ensure every property is prepared to protect the lives, safety, and well-being of residents, tenants, employees, guests, and other stakeholders.
By bringing preparedness, response, and recovery under one unified approach, the manual allows CPMI-managed properties to put clear and consistent measures in place whenever emergencies arise.
The launch and signing were attended by Ms. Josefina “Jojit” A. Perez, Property Operations Division Head for CPGI Accounts; Mr. Wilfredo B. Muñoz, CSP, CSC, FSP, Security and Safety Division Head; Mr. Edgardo T. Macalintal Jr., Property Operations Division Head for Third-Party Projects; and Ms. Sunshine Jennifer R. Soriano, Chairperson of the Health and Safety Council. Their presence reflected the shared commitment of CPMI leadership and the Health and Safety Council to building safer, more resilient communities.
More than a manual, the initiative is a shared commitment to preparing people, strengthening properties, standardizing emergency procedures, and building stronger partnerships, all toward a safer and more resilient environment across CPMI-managed properties.
