Turnover of units continue in July for the first two towers of Azure
Units in Rio and Santorini, the first two buildings at Azure Urban Resort Residences, continue its turnover with residents this July. The turnover process started in June.
Azure’s third tower, St. Tropez, completed tiling works for the first 15 floors. The same activities are in progress for the remaining levels up to the 20th floor. Exterior and interior painting works, elevator installation and plumbing and electrical works are also ongoing.
Structural works on the ninth floor levels of both Positano and Miami, Azure’s fourth and fifth towers, are underway. Following Positano and Miami’s progress is Boracay tower, currently at basement 4 in preparation for foundation works.
Interior works continue at the Paris Beach Club, including mechanical works and the installation of air conditioning units. Fit-out and finishing works are also in progress.
Meanwhile, the man-made beach is being prepared for tiling. The assembly of the wave pump and beach equipment are scheduled for August. Concreting for the lap pool was completed and will be followed by the installation of steel columns and preparation for tiling.
Other works on site include landscaping for The Rio, clearing works for the beach area as well as fountain and tiling preparation for the promenade entrance.
