Paris Beach Club, man-made beach, amenities to open soon at the Azure
The man-made beach, the Paris Beach Club, and an array of resort-style amenities are approaching completion as finishing works and the laying of beach sand continue this month for the country’s first beachfront property in the city – the Azure Urban Resort Residences.
Soon, homeowners at Azure will have exclusive access to the 3,500-meter man-made beach, beach bar, cascading lap pool as well as the beach volleyball court, Zen garden and pockets of green open space.
Furniture and fixtures for the Paris Beach Club, which will serve as Azure’s private clubhouse, are being installed, specifically in the grand lobby, Candy Bar, Fitness Center, Recreation Room and Theater, with each room reflecting the interior designs of international celebrity and icon Ms. Paris Hilton.
Unit turnover continues at the Azure’s first two towers, the Rio and Santorini. St. Tropez, the third tower, is in its finishing stage with works including exterior and interior painting and elevator testing.
Structural works are on the 14th floors of both the Positano and Miami towers. Foundation works are ongoing on the Basement 4 level of the Boracay tower, while site clearing works continue for the Maldives tower.
The Promenade, which welcomes residents and guests to the six-hectare development, is 90% complete. Landscaping activities continue around The Rio tower.
