Works at Century Spire have reached the 3rd phase of excavation.
Meanwhile, rebar works and formworks of Basement 6 to Basement 1 in Phase 2 of Area 1 are complete.
Construction activities at Basement 5 level in Phase 2 Area 2 are in progress.
Century Spire is developed by Century City Development Corporate under Century Properties Group, Inc. and is located within the master-planned community of premiums high rises in Century City, Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City.
