Century Spire’s Phase II of excavation works in full swing
Phase II excavation works are still ongoing in Century Spire while the Phase I of the basement’s structural works are complete.
Century Spire is a mixed-use tower rising in Century City. With luxury residential units and premium Grade A office spaces, it will be located next to the newly turned over Centuria Medical Makati and right across Gramercy Residences and Century City Mall in Century City.
The building is slated for completion in 2018.
Century Spire is designed by world-renowned architect Daniel Libeskind with amenities interior designed by Armani Casa. It is developed by Century City Development Corporation under Century Properties Group, Inc. and is located within the masterplanned community of premium high rises in Century City, Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City.
