After opening its 50,000 square meter Century City Mall in Makati last March, Century Properties plans to add 150,000 square meters more by 2019.
The company known for high-end residential developments with celebrities like Paris Hilton says it plans to expand its commercial leasing business.
Once completed, Century expects to generate up to P1 billion in revenue. Last year, it earned P9 billion from its various residential projects
