Century Properties sees strong demand for Azure Pampanga

MANILA, Philippines – Century Properties Group (CPG) said it has already posted P1.6 billion in pre-sales for its first two residential towers in its new township development in San Fernando, Pampanga.

In a statement, Century Properties said it has been seeing strong uptake of units at the residential towers at Azure North.

Azure North’s residential towers Monaco and Bali already reported combined pre-sales of P1.6 billion in just three months.

Aside from Monaco and Bali, the Azure North township will have 7 planned residential buildings with projected sales revenues of P14 billion.

Azure North, an 8-hectare project, is CPG’s first foray in township development outside of Metro Manila.

“We are excited about the prospects of Azure North. Our sales take-up figures are proof of the strength of the city’s economy and the strength of the Century brand,” Century Properties Investor Relations Director Kristina Garcia said.

CPG acquired the Pampanga property in August 2013 from the House of David Realty and Development Corporation.

The property is located within the San Fernando Interchange on Jose Abad Santos Avenue and the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), and is situated across the SM, Robinsons and S&R malls in San Fernando City.

CPG is also planning to build a man-made beach in Azure North, similar to the one at Azure Urban Resort Residences in Parañaque City.
