Century Properties Group of businessman Jose E.B. Antonio obtained a P1-billion loan facility from BDO Unibank to support the development of its socilized housing projects in Tanza, Cavite.
The company, through mass housing subsidiary PHirst Park Homes, will build a total of 2,877 housing units.
Dubbed PHirst Park Homes Tanza, the project wil rise on a 26-hectare property community with the first phase expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2018.
Japan’s Mitsubishi is CPG’s partner in this project.
