MANILA – Century Properties Group Inc. on Friday said it posted a net income of P502 million pesos in the first six months of the year, adding its project pipeline was on track.
Total revenues in the January to June period reached P3.91 billion, P2.97 billion of which came from real еstatе sales, the company said in a statement.
By 2020, the company expects to complete 31 residential buildings with 1.34 million square meters of gross floor area.
Century Properties shares were unchanged at P0.62 on Friday.
