MANILA, Philippines – The fun and colorful design aesthetic of Italian knitwear brand Missoni will now be replicated in the 52-storey Acqua Livingstone residential building being developed by Century Properties Group Inc.
This is the first condominium designed by MissoniHome in the world.
Century Properties, through its subsidiary Century Limitless Corp., launched Acqua Livingstone after its first 3 Acqua towers were sold out.

The Missoni design will be seen in Acqua Livingstone’s multi-level amenity area called The Canopy. There will be function rooms, business center, gym, library, spa, dance floor, pool and barbecue facilities for residents.
Century Properties managing director Robbie Antonio said MissoniHome’s presence in the Philippines is a vote of confidence for the local property market.

Residents at Acqua Livingstone will have the option of having their units interior designed by MissoniHome.
Acqua Livingstone will have 645 units. The average pre-selling price is P145,000 per square meter. Unit sizes range from 27 square meters to 140 square meters, and have 1 to 3 bedrooms.
