Century Properties Asset Management Service Siglo Suites Wins Awards

Siglo Suites, the first and exclusive specialty management and leasing service by Century Properties, recently won awards from two distinguished travel booking companies.

The Knightsbridge Residences bagged the 2018 Gold Circle Award from Agoda Philippines, while Traveloka’s 2018 Customers’ Choice award went to Siglo at Azure Urban Resort Residences, Acqua Private Residences, The Gramercy Residences, and The Knightsbridge Residences.

Accredited by the Department of Tourism and a member of the Philippine Tour Operations Association, Inc., Siglo Suites was established by Century Properties in 2016 to help Century unit owners lease out their condominiums to short, medium and long-term guests and tenants.

“Siglo is a unique organization as its services are comprehensive. Essentially, we do what owners would do for their unit — from setting up and furnishing the home above the mandatory furnishing required when leasing out a unit, to management of bills and all mails for the owners, repairs and other required maintenance of the unit. Navarro also noted that Siglo’s overall booking performance for 2018 has greatly increased reflecting a 26% growth from the 4th quarter of 2017 to the 4th quarter of 2018.

“In October 2018 alone, 1,318 nights were booked in all Siglo properties. From October to December 2018, a total of 15,800 nights were booked across all Siglo properties. That’s a very significant growth,” he shares.
