Property developer Century Properties Group Inc. aims to maintain its performance and complete four projects in Metro Manila this year.

In an e-mailed statement, chairman and chief executive officer Jose E.B. Antonio said the company will be busy completing projects this year and the next.

“Century Properties opened 2014 riding high with a record pre-sales growth, and we intend to keep this momentum going with the same aggressive and impassioned approach we took in the past year. The results were tremendous so we expect to perform no less in 2014,” Antonio said.

Century City Mall will commence with its soft opening this month, with 90 percent of the 17,000 square meters of its center leased out to more than 100 tenants.

It will also turn over by end-February nearly 600 units in the St. Tropez building of the Azure Urban Resort Residences in Parañaque City.

The company will also open Azure’s Paris Beach Club, a multi-level amenity center designed by Paris Hilton, in March.

Furthermore, Century said that by end-2014 it will turn over more than 500 clinic suites at Centuria Medical Makati, a 28-storey outpatient IT-medical arts building at Century City.

Last Jan. 28, Century said reservation sales for 2013 rose to P24.6 billion, the highest it has achieved in its history, due to its focusing its marketing strategy on the needs of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and foreigners.
