CENTURY PROPERTIES Group, Inc. has nearly sold out units at Residences at Commonwealth by Century, the firm’s mid-rise residential development in Quezon City, the company said in a disclosure yesterday.
“Out of the total 1,515 units, 92% or 1,395 units have already been pre-sold since its launch in July 2012, which makes it Century Properties’ fastest-selling project to date,” the disclosure read, referring to Residences at Commonwealth by Century’s five residential towers.
Jose Marco R. Antonio, Century Properties President and CEO, said in the disclosure that the project’s “unique selling proposition of good location, well-planned units and amenities offered at affordable prices attracted the market.”
The project is a 4.4-hectare condominium complex rising along Commonwealth Avenue beside Don Antonio Heights subdivision.
Century Properties shares gained 25 centavos to P2.40 each yesterday.
