Century Properties Wraps Up 16 Projects

Listed real еstatе developer Century Properties Group, Inc. (CPG) expects to finish a total of 16 buildings within the next two years.

“The next years will be very busy for the company as we see through the completion of our projects,”  said CPG President and CEO Marco  Antonio.

Among the properties that the company is currently working on are residential condominiums, retail spaces as well as medical offices.

The most notable from their roster of developments is the Century City Mall which stands in a 50,000 square meter lot in Makati and was launched in March of this year. The five-level lifestyle center is expected to generate an estimate of P200 million in annual revenues once fully operational.

The company also turned over a 580-unit St. Tropez tower in Paranaque which was inaugurated at the same time with amenities such as a 3,500 square meter man-made beach.

Another is the Centuria Medical Makati which is an outpatient IT-medical arts building that will be turned over at the end of the year. The 28-storey project is aimed to contribute to the growing interest for medical tourism in the country as it will be located in a Philippine Economic Zone Authority registered area and will be equipped with state of the art medical facilities.

By 2015, the company meanwhile expects the completion of the Niagara and Sutherland towers in a 2.4-hectare tropical themed development located in Mandaluyong that is targeted for the middle income segment.

Also proposed to be finished that year is their first project in Quezon City which is a multi-level vertical village that is aligned at an affordable price range.

In 2016, the company is set to turn over the Trump Tower. The development  is a collaboration with the Trump Organization and is expected to be inspired with the New York style luxury living.

In its 28-year history and prior to its  listing in 2012 at the Philippine Stock Echange, CPG has completed 25 condominiums totaling 873,127 square meters and 8,777 units.
