CENTURY Properties Group Inc. (CPG), a real еstatе firm owned by former Ambassador Jose E. B. Antonio, is on track to complete seven residential condominium towers within the next two years, coming on the heels of a banner year in project completions.
In a disclosure to the stock exchange, CPG said it completed last year six condominium towers, namely the Positano and Miami towers at Azure Urban Resort Residences in Parañaque City; Niagara and Sutherland towers at Acqua Private Residences in Mandaluyong City; the Osmeña West Tower at Commonwealth by Century in Quezon City; and The Milano Residences at Century City in Makati.
The six completed projects, which comprise 3,000 units, are now 97% sold with a total sales value of P16 billion, the company said.
Within the next two years, CPG expects to finish seven residential condominium towers, namely the Maldives and Maui towers at Azure, Acqua Livingstone and Dettifoss towers at Acqua, Quezon North and Roxas East towers at Commonwealth, and Trump Tower at Century City.
The towers have a combined total of 3,000 units, of which 95% have been sold and have a sales value of P20.3 billion.
