Century Properties group opens Makati mall

MANILA, Philippines – Century Properties Group is opening its new shopping mall in Makati City on Monday.

Century City Mall, located along Kalayaan Avenue, is part of the property firm’s mixed-use development “Century City.”

Century said 17,000 square meters of the mall’s net leasable space has already been leased out to more than 100 tenants, including Rustan’s Supermarket.

“We are bringing our experience and expertise in property development into this exciting new venture,” Century Properties President and CEO Marco R. Antonio said in a statement.

The mall has two entrances – one on Kalayaan Avenue near the corner of Salamanca Street, and another on General Luna Street coming from Makati Avenue. There are three basement floors for parking, and valet services are available.

Century said the mall will cater to residents of the completed Century City towers – the Gramercy Residences and the Knightsbridge Residences, as well as residents of nearby villages and offices in Makati.

The mall has a mix of local and international shops and restaurants, as well as digital cinemas.

Among the stores at the mall are Desigual, Fresh/H20, Beauty Bar, Crabtree & Evelyn, Hush Puppies, Izod, Marc Coblen, Marilou Jewelry, Philip Stein, Swarovski, TW Steel, Victorinox, Dimensione, Dyson, Howards Storage World, The Office Warehouse, Sony, Studio Fix Salon, and Alter To Fit.

Restaurants such as XO46 Bistro Filipino, Azurro Bistro and Restaurant, Early Bird Breakfast Club, Isla Café, Pepper Lunch, Starbucks Coffee, TWG Tea, ChaTime, Mochi Sweets, Taters, ChaTime, Ikkoryu and CaliBurger are also found at the mall.
