For the principal criteria of excellence in design and amenities, location, value for money, use of space, construction and materials; unique selling points, state of completion and sales success, the Acqua Private Residences project of Century Properties Group bagged this year’s best of the best plum as the Best Condominium Development in the Philippines at the 2016 Philippines Property Awards.
Held recently at Fairmont Hotel Makati, the fourth Philippines Property Awards wa a prequalifier for the Asia Property Awards, the largest regional real-еstatе awards that honors property players in the fields of design and development. It is organized by the leading online portal PropertyGuru, which also publishes the Asian luxury real еstatе, design and architecture magazine Property Report.

This is a testament to the strength of Century Properties’s projects in the market, and a great honor for us as we celebrate our milestone this year of 30 years in the Philippine real-еstatе industry,” said Marco R. Antonio, the company’s President and CEO.
Acqua received the Best Mid-range Condominium award for Metro Manila, competing alongside the projects of Filinvest and Vista Land, while the Residences at Commonwealth, Century’s first midrise residential community in Quezon City, received the Highly Commended award in the same category.
Following its category win, Acqua advanced to compete with the condominium winners in Davao, Cebu and Metro Manila for the luxury, midrange and affordable segments, and went on to bag the award for the best condominium development in the country. It is eligible to compete against Asia’s top real-еstatе developments at the 2016 regional Southeast Asia Property Awards in Singapore on November 24.
In 2014 Century Properties also received the same honor from the Philippines and Southeast Asia Property Awards for the Azure Urban Resort Residences. In 2012 Century Executive Chairman of the Board Jose E.B. Antonio was awarded the Property Report Personality of the Year for Southeast Asia.
Dubbed as the country’s first Residential Eden, Acqua Private Residences transports the urban dweller into a tropical rain forest-infused space through trails of lush greenery that open up to distinctive water features.
