Premier property developer Century Properties Group Inc. looks to the bustling city of San Fernando, Pampanga, as the next hub for innovation.
“We’re introducing a new lifestyle option in Pampanga through the Resort Residences at Azure North,” said Century Properties President and CEO Marco R. Antonio.
Century Properties has been developing masterplanned communities. In the eight-hectare Resort Residences at Azure North, the company continues the line of development of one of its most celebrated projects in Pampanga. Its six-hectare beach resort-themed community in Parañaque is the only one in the country with a man-made beach and a beach club designed by international style icon and businesswoman Paris Hilton.
For this cutting-edge mixed-use development, Century Properties brings back the same team that made Azure Urban Resort Residences a success.
“We’re excited to have Paris work with us for Azure North. Her design inputs for the beach club of the first Azure project have been invaluable and contributed a lot to making it a unique resort residential community,” Antonio said.
Azure North’s design concept draws inspiration from the stratified rock formations, picturesque beach coves and waters of Palawan.
The development’s centerpiece is a beach oasis with a wave and lap pool, a children’s pool, slides and cascading waterfalls, a pool bar, the Azure North Island for special private parties, a multipurpose event space and, of course, a multilevel beach club.
The seven residential towers that form the residential component of Azure North likewise evoke Palawan’s rocky outcrops that spring organically from the water and are topped with lush, verdant greenery.
Over 75 percent of the residential units and penthouses will enjoy majestic views of the beautiful beach. Oblique balconies and verandas, meanwhile, provide additional outdoor living space.
The city of San Fernando is the seat of Pampanga’s provincial government. It is also the regional center of Central Luzon.
Azure North’s strategic location in San Fernando makes it highly accessible to several provincial destinations: Tarlac, Pangasinan, Bataan, Zambales and Bulacan.
Azure North will rise at the western corner of the Northern Luzon Expressway. It is located near Robinsons Starmills and SM Pampanga.
