Century Properties Group Inc. expects to rake in P14 billion from the sale of residential units in its first foray into an integrated mixed-use development outside of Metro Manila on the back of brisk demand.
In an e-mailed statement, the company said its eight-hectare Azure North development in Pampanga will have nine residential buildings, of which two are being built with an uptake of P1.6 billion in pre-sales.
“Our sales take-up figures are proof of the strength of the city’s economy and the strength of the Century brand,” Century Properties Investor Relations Director Kristina Garcia said.
Apart from being a residential development, Azure North marks Century Properties’ move to tap into the recurring income business with plans to build commercial spaces for restaurant, retail, and office locators.
Century said it will also build a man-made beach in Azure North.
