Century City Mall construction on schedule for completion in the fourth quarter of 2013
Century City’s retail and lifestyle center approaches its targeted completion in the fourth quarter of this year with painting works for its interior and exterior structures substantially completed including the malls’ roof deck crown.
The five-storey building’s elevators have been installed and are now functional. Tiling works for common areas have likewise been accomplished.
Store spaces have been turned over to tenants in June for their fit out.
The Century City Mall will be the newest standalone retail center to open in Makati in six years. Located within Century Properties’ mixed-use vertical village called Century City, the mall will house select boutiques, specialty stores and dining and entertainment establishments.
