Premium developer Century Properties Group (CPG) has recently begun to turn over units in their medical-IT facility, Centuria Medical Makati.

Located in Century City along Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City, the medical facility contains almost 700 medical suites for a range of outpatient medical practices. CPG retains some 7,000 square meters for its leasing portfolio.

Launched to claim a stake in medical tourism and in the health care industry — sectors currently in a state of rapid growth — Centuria is a state-of-the-art facility has more than just the basic units and medical spaces for physicians, says  CPG chairman Jose E.B. Antonio.

“Centuria is a new-age medical arts building that goes beyond providing clinic spaces to doctors,” stated Antonio. “It provides the support medical facilities and IT tools so that doctors can focus on delivering quality care to their patients.”

Centuria’s facilities and services include an Executive Health Screening Program, a radiology center, digital imaging, pharmacies, an ambulance transfer service, and a Day Surgery Center equipped with a number of Recovery Suites. Amenities provide for valet parking, medical concierge services, designer interiors, and select cafes and restaurants to cater to clients and guests.

CPG has named GE Healthcare as among their suppliers of medical equipment. Centuria’s diagnostic lab, meanwhile, will be operated by Hi-Precision Diagnostics.

Centuria is situated in front of Century City Mall, in the property developer’s eponymous township. Premium condominiums, office towers, hotels, and major banks are within the vicinity; likewise, the Makati Central Business District is close by. Centuria is pegged to cater to, and to capture, this market.

“The growth opportunities for health care and medical tourism are tremendous,” stated Antonio.” We are here to seize this opportunity and put Centuria in the spotlight as the newest platform that will take these sunrise industries to the next level in the Philippines.”
