Centuria Medical Makati completes lower floor clinic spaces and continues finishing works on upper levels
Century Properties’ IT-medical outpatient building in Century City, Centuria Medical Makati, is being turned over to unit owners for clinic fit-outs this December.
Centuria’s common areas and amenities such as the lobby and roofdeck crown are undergoing final touches and aluminum cladding installation, respectively.
Centuria is a milestone in the advancement of outpatient care in the Philippines as it is the only outpatient facility of its kind in the country that combines the intelligent use of information technology (IT) with efficient health care.
Once fully operational, the modern outpatient center will cater not only to its immediate Century City community – a vertical village of premium residences, offices and a retail mall located in Kalayaan Avenue, Makati. Centuria will be open to the public, and will serve medical tourists from abroad.
