Century Properties triumphs at 2014 Philippines Property Awards

At this year’s Philippines Property Awards held on August 19 at the Raffles Hotel in Makati City, Century Properties won coveted recognition for Azure Urban Resort Residences and Century City Mall. Azure was adjudged as this year’s Best Mid-Range Condo Development in Manila while the company’s maiden retail project, Century City Mall, received Highly Commended honors in the Commercial Development and Architectural categories.

Following the nomination and shortlisting process, the judges visited the Azure site to inspect the residential units, the Azure man-made beach, the Paris Beach Club, and the rest of the development’s amenities.

The judges said “they were very impressed and it was clear that this was the top choice compared to others in the category,” adding, “the sales success of Azure also played a major part in the judges’ decision, in addition to architecture and facilities.”
