Acqua’s second tower reaches 17 floors in July

The Sutherland tower, the second building rising at Acqua Private Residences, has risen almost halfway through its targeted number of floors, reaching the 17th storey in July. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing works are ongoing on the lower floors. Architectural and masonry works are also being done in the podium area.

Following the completion of its structural phase in April, Acqua’s first tower the Niagara has moved on to the installation of aluminum glass and doors in the lower floors.

Painting works are in progress on the 16th floor and lower levels, while masonry works, drywall and ceiling placement as well as mechanical, electrical and plumbing pipeline installations have made their way to the 38th floor up to the 42nd floor.

Construction is also underway for The Niagara’s structural crown at the roof deck of the building.

Meanwhile, pile capping activities is ongoing for the foundation of Acqua’s third tower, Dettifoss. The same works are being done for Livingstone, the fourth tower, combined with the installation of column and shearwall starter bars.

Acqua Private Residences is developed by Century Limitless Corporation under Century Properties Group Inc. It is located in Mandaluyong and is a 10-minute drive from Makati, accessible via the Makati-Mandaluyong bridge and the new Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge.
